At Lagom Lifestyle, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, we do not offer returns at this time. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or experience a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund.
Replacement and Refund Guidelines
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@lagomlifestyle.shop within 7 days of product delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Proof of Issue: To process your replacement or refund, we require that you submit photos of the damaged or defective product for verification purposes.
Return of Damaged Product: Upon verification, we may ask you to return the product before being provided a replacement or refund.
Replacement or Refund Process
Contact Us: Email us at info@lagomlifestyle.shop within 7 days of delivery, including your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
Verification: Once we verify the issue, and when applicable, after we receive the product back, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds: We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not, once we’ve received and inspected your photos of the product, and in applicable cases, when we've received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
